The Right Guides for Our Little Pioneers

Hello, I am Jennifer Mauzy a wife and mom of 4 children, grandma of 4 grandchildren. I consider my family my biggest accomplishment.  I am excited everyday to come into work at Little Pioneers, these children are my passion and my extended family. I started working with children over 30 years ago at a preschool center in Santee. A few years later I started a licensed home family daycare. Now that my kids are all grownup, I have the opportunity to give back and make a difference in the lives of the kids here at LPP.

Hi, I am Amanda Heuslein! I am a wife and mama of two boys. I have been working with children since I was a child myself. I nannied for a few families in high school and through college. I have worked in preschool for 8 years and truly enjoy my time here at LPP. Our families here have become apart of our family.

Hi, my name is Grace Nickles. I am 22 years old and I have been working here since June 2020, while working here I have developed such a passion for these children. They hold a special place in my heart. I am currently in college working towards my associates degree.

Hi, I am Hallee Mauzy. I teach the littlest pioneers. I have always enjoyed working with children and helping them grow intellectually. I am working toward my Associates in Child Development and growing my experience. I found my passion for kids when working with children with special needs in high school. I love being here at LPP and look forward to the many years of teaching.

Hi, my name is Breanna Kinard. My experience working with children began in high school as a Kindergarten student teacher. I am currently in college working to further my knowledge in Child Development because working with little ones is my true passion! The children and families that I have met throughout teaching at LPP have made my job so much more enjoyable and I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else.

Hi! My name is Alyssa Wenhold, I am newly married and a first-time mom. I have been working in childcare for a year and can’t imagine myself doing anything else. I currently have two certificates in child development with emphasis in early childhood intervention and administration. Working with children truly is the most rewarding job!
